As a nurse practitioner with nearly 30 years of clinical experience, I created this practice with one goal: aesthetic treatments should empower you, not overwhelm you.
I'm here to reveal what's already there, not replace it. Self-care shouldn't feel like a compromise. My practice supports your well-being while honoring the commitments that matter most, with structured programs that reflect real value.

Hi, I'm Stefanie. I'm a dual board-certified nurse practitioner, wife, mother of three humans plus one rescue hound, and the founder of Aesthetics Anonymous. By day, I work in public health emergency response. Outside of that, I focus on what I call the epidemic of unintentional self-care neglect.
I've spent nearly 30 years in healthcare. Bedside nurse. Hospitalist. Active-duty officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. I've responded to disasters, epidemics, and urgent crises around the world. Those experiences shaped how I approach care. Compassion, science, and service anchor everything I do.
My journey into aesthetics started after my doctorate, where I studied neurotoxins for headaches and hyperhidrosis. What I found was a powerful intersection of science and artistry that restores confidence, promotes healing, and helps people feel like themselves again. Since then, I've trained extensively in neurotoxins, fillers, and advanced collagen regenerative therapies. My goal? You, but rested. You, but softer. Not someone else's idea of beautiful, just yours.
Aesthetics Anonymous is for people who've spent years holding everyone else up while running on empty. Here, self-care isn't indulgent. It's strategic. If investing in yourself feels uncomfortable, I'll make it meaningful.
