What is PRP, and how does it work? 

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a well-established treatment backed by decades of medical use in dermatology, orthopedics, and regenerative medicine. After a gentle blood draw, your platelets are concentrated and infused into the skin through microneedling, which encourages collagen production, improves texture, and accelerates healing. What areas can be treated with microneedling?

What’s the difference between microneedling and PRX® Derm Perfexion®? 

Microneedling uses a medical-grade device to create controlled micro-injuries across the skin’s surface, triggering the body’s natural healing cascade. This process stimulates collagen and elastin production, improves texture and tone, and enhances the absorption of targeted serums.

PRX® Derm Perfexion, on the other hand, is a non-invasive topical biostimulator that works beneath the skin without creating injury. What types of hair loss do your treatments address?

Can hair loss be reversed, or can it only be slowed down or managed?

In some cases, hair loss can be reversed - especially when caught early. Our treatments aim to stimulate regrowth, strengthen follicles, and restore scalp vitality. Based on this and other factors, results may vary; however, we closely track progress and adjust as needed. Prior to your consultation at Aesthetics Anonymous, an evaluation by your healthcare provider is required to evaluate for an underlying cause that could be successfully addressed by other means. 

How long before I see results?

Most clients notice early improvements in texture and shedding within 6 to 8 weeks. Visible regrowth typically begins around 3–6 months after treatment, depending on the treatment type and consistency.

Are your treatments safe for sensitive scalps or post-partum clients?
